The main processing difficulties of the taper sleeve: the inner taper hole on the taper sleeve matched with the main shaft is the key part of the combined assembly, and the measurement of taper size and workpiece clamping are the key and difficult points in the processing.
1) The choice of the size control method of the inner cone hole
Because the inner hole size of tapered Bush is too large, special taper plug gauge with large specification is needed. It is difficult to design and manufacture such a large taper plug gauge, and it is inconvenient to measure in the process of processing, with small detection range and inaccurate measurement, which can not truly reflect the taper size of the whole inner taper hole. As a single piece of small batch production, taper plug gauge can not be used universally, and its cost is high.
2) Machining and clamping of inner taper hole
The inner and outer circles of the taper sleeve are all conical surfaces, and the axial dimension is longer. If according to the general processing habits, it is installed in the vertical lathe, at this time, the center of gravity of the workpiece is up, and the stability is poor. Therefore, special clamping tools can be used, i.e. welding process disk and process block, lathe chuck clamping process disk, and the middle process block can be used to compress the workpiece and then process the inner cone. Through this method, the stability and reliability of machining process can be guaranteed.
Replacement of copper sleeve of horizontal shaft
The outer copper sleeve can be taken out by a self-made pulling device, but the inner copper sleeve needs to be taken out by hammering with a central rod device. After taking out, it is necessary to check whether the inner hole size of the axle frame is accurate and reasonable. Similarly, the horizontal shaft copper sleeve needs to be cooled for more than two hours to ensure sufficient cooling.
