1, Production process of copper products
Generally, the production process of copper products is complex, which requires a lot of processes to complete a production. The first step is to clean the surface of the casting, remove water and oil, and then clean it with cleaning agent to start the copper and silver plating process on the surface, followed by finishing, polishing, and then drying and inspection of the workpiece.
2, Precautions during production
In the process of processing copper products, we need to pay attention to many aspects. On the whole, every process should be carefully operated and cleaned to avoid affecting the production of the next process. When we plating copper on castings, we should pay attention to the uniform distribution of color. After copper plating, we can pick up the whole parts and shake them to ensure that the color is uniform and the quality is good. When silver plating, we should collect The method used is different from that of copper plating. The plating method should be adopted, because silver is more difficult to attach to the object surface than copper, and the time of silver plating is generally controlled at about five minutes; after silver plating, passivation treatment and cleaning, drying should be carried out immediately.
